Appeal to the Supreme Court.

 In order not to find myself again in the same situation (See Post April 2011), I convince myself

more and more that it is better to look for another lawyer outside Sardinia. (*) << Month of May 2007: On a precise indication... I turn on the PC, do a search (typing the keyword) on the web, immediately finding the lawyer to contact.>> I speak with the lawyer by phone, he confirms his availability, in October 2010 I call the lawyer to communicate that we had also lost on appeal, he is immediately given the assignment from my mother, my aunt does not continue. On October 15 2010 the appeal sentence was notified, there are sixty days of time, race against
time to appeal to the Supreme Court.

It should be noted that the judges for certain give the registration to the other party, without asking the lawyer Francesco Frongia for the title. It's normal ?

Other decisive documentation has not been accepted (pursuant to art. 345 c.p. c. And (pursuant to art. 233 c.p.c. )

Notification of the Judgment

Before Christmas (that timing) is notified of the decision at first instance.

AR retreat Advocate Gavino Satta the 18/12/2006, now there are thirty days (we are in the holidays) of time, for use on appeal, contact all other owners, offering to appeal all, delegating only one legal, organize a meeting at the office of my lawyer, before all agree, then jumps around.

All are undecided whether to continue, I am told that for clarification, go to another lawyer (area via Sonnino), the legal advise them (rare instance in Italy) to let go, because they go against the policy, and the powers that be, is a losing battle, despite my insistence, they abandon.
 

Against the judgment of first instance, appeals only my mother, along with my aunt, the 12/1/2007 the appeal is filed with the Court of Appeal of Cagliari, at the office of the Advocate Francesco Frongia, and knowledge for all 'Department of Health of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia Dr. Nerina Dirindin.
